Shipping Information

Whether you are treating yourself or someone else your Jewellery order will arrive beautifully packaged.

Please allow 7-10 working days for the completion of standard* customised or commissions pieces of jewellery. (although please note this can not apply to commissioned wedding bands or engagement rings.)

* whenever possible I will make you aware of any delays. 

All UK orders are sent via Royal mail standard delivery (3-5 working days £4.95) and a signature will be required upon receipt.

Please note that orders placed on a weekend/ UK bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.  

International Delivery

 Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note however for specialised commissions such as engagement rings and wedding bands a 30% non refundable deposit applies. 

Please note I can not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.

If you would like to return an item please contact me directly to set up a refund or organise for an  exchange.
